I am having problems printing from a PDI program using a PDF converter; the output looks pixelated and has low resolution, or I get an error message and the print-out is not being generated.

Every effort is made by PDI software developers to ensure that the programs will work well with most pdf converters. However, due to the large number of pdf converters in the market, it is possible that certain converters will not work well with some programs.
